Data and purposes

We process account and contact details, project information you provide, diagnostic answers, results and reports, orders and payment statuses, support requests and technical data needed to operate and secure VOLTT. When you use additional features, we may also process materials you submit and questions about your reports.

Our lawful bases depend on the purpose and may include performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent where required.

Providers, cookies and retention

Necessary data may be shared with providers of hosting, databases, authentication, AI, payments and other services actually enabled (such as analytics). Card details are handled by the payment provider; VOLTT may retain transaction IDs and payment statuses. Depending on the provider, processing may take place outside Ukraine, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Essential cookies may be used for login and security. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are used with appropriate notice and consent where required. We keep data only for as long as necessary for its stated purpose or required by law, then delete or anonymize it subject to technical processing cycles and legal exceptions.
